Affordable Housing has reached a practical collapse in Nation wide. However, Miami Dade has felt it more in recent years. Gentrification, accessible low-income housing programs, laws, and zoning practices are some of the reasons that have contributed to the problem. The problem does not start, lie and end there. Educational disparities,  income insufficiency, and even health care are amongst the top contributors to the living crisis in Miami Dade. The severe housing burden in the Sun City targets the most vulnerable and although a problem of magnificent proportions, it seems like the never ending story in the South Florida area.

We are here as the voice of the unheard.

We serve our community as a power to communicate.

We strive and foster change for dignified living conditions for our residents.
